Welcome to Capital City Futbol Training. By registering for any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

All participants must be between the ages of 5–19. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.

2. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required prior to participation in any training session or program. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Capital City Futbol Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, field conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a make-up session or credit may be provided at our discretion.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

Participation in soccer training involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Capital City Futbol Training, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation.

5. Medical Responsibility

Participants must be in good physical condition to participate. Any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries must be disclosed prior to participation. In the event of an emergency, you authorize staff to seek medical treatment if necessary.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Unsportsmanlike conduct, bullying, or disruption may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Media Release

By participating, you grant permission for Capital City Futbol Training to use photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Agreement
